While I didn’t achieve the $ I initially started my listing at, (we all want more don’t we?) Sal worked exceptionally hard to get me close to my asking price!
My only recommendation for Sal would be, “stay the course”. just because it took quite sometime to get the first offer on the table, doesn’t mean it’s “a good offer”, especially when it’s substantially lower than what was finally achieved. Time on market doesn’t necessarily mean, first is best. That said “go Sal!”
